Every hoops season, video games like NBA 2K20 play a significant role in shaping basketball culture and this year is no different. The NBA 2K20 rating storm is underway. 2K has already announced the rankings of each player and has been sorted. Joel Embiid
A couple Philadelphia 76ers were included — Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons — as well as Jimmy Butler, the now-former Sixers star. Embiid received the highest rating on the team, earning a 91 overall. Tobias Harris
Tobias Harris‘ career has been improving ever since he entered the NBA. The 27-year-old has played in several teams around the league but has apparently found his place in the world in the Philadelphia 76ers. Harris was great last season with the Sixers, helping the team to get to the Eastern Conference semifinals and the team didn’t hesitate to lock him up to a 5-year, $180 million contracts this summer. His good displays with Philly got him an 85 overall rating.
Al Horford
Al Horford earned himself the nickname “average Al” over this postseason. Horford is a traditional stretch-four who can also patrol the paint on defense. Horford averaged 15.2 points and 7.3 rebounds per game and hit 50.5 percent of his shots from the field. He shoots 79.8 percent from the free-throw line, meaning that the Pistons could shift from this twin-towers type lineup late in games.
Josh Richardson
Josh Richardson averaged 16.6 points, 4.1 assists, and 3.6 rebounds as well as being considered one of the better defensive guards in the game. He should have a good first season in Philadelphia as he helps the sixers chase a title in the 2019-20 season.
